GPGT appendices / resources [14Feb07 - updated with TOCs]
Engaging People with CyberInfrastructure through 3d Game Programming or look at pages 13-14 of our College of Sciences Fusion magazine.

Important Features:
No experience with game programming is required, but you should have some programming experience along with a strong willingness to learn Torque script.
GPGT's
first four chapters provide motivation for our successful exploration
of the tools and programming techniques of game programming.
As student familiarity with TGE increases, we can study
more involved programming techniques.
We will cover the
entire text and take advantage of the materials on the
text's CD.
Our ultimate goal will be to
write (as a team of 3) a game of your own.
